Very few of us think about tires. Tires are the only contact point our cars have with the road. No matter how large your tires are, that contact point is really only about the size of your hand.
Tires can affect the handling of your car more than you know, especially if they are under-inflated! NASCAR race teams adjust the handling on their race cars by adjusting the air pressure in individual tires by as little as half a pound. You should check your tire pressure every time you get gasoline.
